Mail your completed form with payment (out of state participants
only) or submit a purchase order. Checks should be made payable to
the Kansas HazMat/WMD Symposium. No credit cards can be

Lodging
A special room rate of $109 plus
tax has been reserved for participants (1-4 in a room) of the
Symposium. Individuals must make their own reservations. To
obtain this special room rate you must reserve your room
NO LATER THAN 5 PM ON OCTOBER 25.2007.
When making your reservation let them know you are attending the
KS HazMat/WMD Symposium. Call 866-837-4214
to make your room reservation.
Fees

There iS
no fee for Kansas participants.
Out of state participants $50 per day.

Participants attending the HazMat Operations course
and wanting certification from the Kansas Fire and Rescue Training
Institute will be charged a $50 fee if a
Kansas firefighter and $100 for all other allied professionals.

Vendors will be present on Friday, November 16th
from Noon -
8 p.m. at
the Overland Park Convention Center. Take time to visit with
manufacturer representatives on equipment and new products to
assist you in HazMat and WMD response.
